After the internet marketing seminar, I met few internet marketing friends. We are setting up one small gathering on every two weeks. During the gathering, we are discussing all the matters related to internet marketing.

The first task is the learn more on the internet marketing. We shared on buying a famous internet marketing books; 'The insider secrets' To Marketing Your Business On The Internet by Derek Gehl. I read through the books, it contains a lot of information on internet marketing. It is a very good books. I love it. It really help me a lot.

Derek Gehl wrote a lot of information on teaching us on how to work on internet business. The initial part is How to find a hot product to sell on the internet. He leads us on the why of looking lucrative market. He teaches us about how to start on. Basically, he asked us to start on our interests. Try not to do what we do not know about! From what we know about, just look into the market. Find one niche market and work on it. He provided some guide line on how to search our product.

After found the niche market, he asked us to explorer on markets. One of the best thing is work on search engines. On search engines, focus on the competitor. Get survey on them. Look what are they doing. Are them selling goods, info and affiliate? How are them doing? Are we doing the same thing? What we can do better than them? He also asked us to check out on news sites and e-zines. One important task is the keyword search by using overture software. The keyword search is very important. It can tell whether the niche product is worth to market. After that, start a business plan.

I start using some guide lines that i learn. One of them is the Google Adsense. Just after i had slightly improved my web site. I applied the Google Adsense. Then i knew that not all people can apply Google Adsense. After I filled up the application, I had to get approval from Google Adsense. It took around 2 days to obtain an approval. I was happy when i was informed that my site was approved. I started to work into Google Adsense and placed some scripts that i had built up into my web site.

In order to use Google Adsense, you have to sign in Google Adsense by your member data. It turned back to Google.com main page, but with an extra information at right top; it includes you user name, My account etc. You have to select My account to go into it. In you account, you have to select Adsense at right side of form, it just below the My services title. It will bring you to another web page with reports, Adsense setup and MyAccount. You have to select Adsense setup, it brings you to three options. Since i want to reduce the number to be displayed on Adsense, I selected 1st item-Adsense for content. I selected Ad unit and click continue button. I still made continue with change any settings. It came to one important page that i have to configure my advertisement. Select Ad channel to add a new item. It prompted you for a name. Since my web site is regarding to construction, i added a name called building. I continued with few more items as process mention. After finished, i clicked continue button and it brought up to Adsense code. You have to select the text and copy. Just paste it into your web site and the adsense will appear when you open the web site.

I took me around two days to see some small result. Some one clicked the adsense and my account shown up USD0.25. I was so excited.
